Steps in iLASIK Vision Correction Procedure

iLASIK Procedure

  • Step 1: Wavescan machine will be used to memorize the corneal surface and iris’ prints in order to keep each individual’s eye identity before correcting them.
  • Step 2: Using an iFS (Advanced femtosecond laser), a 100 % blade free approach, a corneal flap is created.
  • Step 3: The cornea’s surface is reshaped by a Multi 7 laser to the desired curvature based on the digital information from wavescan wavefront map.
  • Step 4: The final step of the treatment is to place back the flap to the original position letting the cornea heal by itself.
